The Northeast Region of our country is the richest part on the Earth for its bio- diversity and diverse culture. Different communities live here harmoniously with their distinct cultural identity and unique social systems. To explore this richest part of our nation, we are publishing a monthly news bulletin- “Heritage Explorer” since the year 2002.

To enrich the knowledge of our countrymen on some specific aspects of this region we publish a Special Issue on the occasion of our National Independence Day (the 15th August).
